    Why Understanding Your Skin Matters

Every person’s skin is unique. Factors such as genetics, skin tone, lifestyle, and daily habits all influence how it reacts, feels, and ages. With so many products and treatments on the market, it can be confusing to know what’s right for you.

If you’re dealing with mild concerns or simply want to improve your skin’s health and glow, a consultation at La Rose Clinic is the best place to start. Our expert practitioners will help you understand your skin’s needs and create a clear, personalised treatment plan.

    Common Skin Concerns We Address

During your consultation, we can assess and advise on a wide range of concerns, including:

    • Mild acne (blackheads, pimples, congestion)

    • Sun exposure and UV damage

    • Pigmentation and uneven skin tone

    • Rough skin texture and open pores

    • Dull or lacklustre complexion

    • Dry or dehydrated skin

    • Early signs of ageing (fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, sagging)

If your concerns are more advanced, we may recommend a separate dermatology consultation or a review for injectable anti-ageing treatments with one of our doctors.

What to Expect in Your Consultation

Step 1 – Understanding Your Goals
We begin by discussing your main concerns and the results you’d like to achieve.

Step 2 – Detailed Skin Analysis

    • Makeup or skincare is gently removed so your skin can be properly assessed.

    • Using specialist technology, we analyse hydration, oil levels, pigmentation, sun damage, and overall skin health.

    • We’ll take baseline photos to monitor your progress over time.

Step 3 – Your Tailored Plan
Your practitioner will create a personalised treatment programme which may include:

    • Advanced treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, or HydraFacial

    • A daily and monthly skincare routine with medical-grade products

    • Referral to a specialist nurse or doctor if needed for more targeted care
