Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
If this is your first visit, a consultation is required before booking a treatment. During this session, our therapist will assess your specific concerns and recommend the most effective approach to address your individual needs. The initial consultation is free of charge.
What can I expect during my first visit?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Our reception team will greet you, and you may be asked to complete or confirm forms, such as a medical history or consent forms. Bring any requested documents, like ID.
Consultation: A clinician will review your health history, discuss your goals, and explain treatments or procedures, including their purpose and expected results. If your treatment involves skin therapies, a patch test may be performed to ensure safety and suitability. Other initial assessments, such as height, weight, or blood pressure measurements, may also be taken.
Next Steps: If you proceed, follow-up appointments or further tests if required will be scheduled. You’ll also receive instructions for future sessions.
Payment: Any payments or prepayments for packages will be handled at reception.
